An amazing and special evening for the Pilanesberg Wildlife Trust with the Pecanwood Pre-preparatory College at Magalies Park. Principal Joan Coetzee, and her passionate staff, put together an evening to be remembered. We had a fabulous start with the Laurent Perrier champagne bar presented by two lovely French ladies, Stephanie and Lauren. Derek Watts of Carte Blanche was MC and provided much humorous entertainment (watch out Trevor Noah!) Steve did a presentation on the threatened status of Pangolin, Rhino and Elephants.
The purposes of the gala evening was to raise funds for the Pilanesberg Wildlife Trust. Many auction items arranged by parent Quintin van Vuuren were on offer on the night. Thank you to the 9 teachers and all their pupils for the amazing artwork of Pangolin, Rhino and Elephants. Some budding artists in there! Many thanks to Joan and her amazing staff for putting this all together. Thanks Derek for MC’ing for the event! Thank you Joan and Quintin for arranging all the auction items. Thank you to all the companies that donated auction items! Thanks Ivan for the awesome music all night! Thanks also to all the parents and friends for your support of this event.
