Again, a huge, huge thank you to all the knitters and crocheters for the beautiful gifts sent for Lizzie and Moses. Keneilwe and I delivered them today and both Lizzie and Moses were over the moon with the gifts. Thanks to each and everyone of you!!
Little Moses’ mom has no income. Moses cannot walk. He needs to see a orthopedic surgeon to determine why. We will attempt to raise funds to assist where possible. Lizzy is 24 years old. She has a part time job as a cleaner at Sun City and her parents and her cousins’ parents have all passed away. Since she was 17 she has had to care for, and provide for, 8 siblings and cousins. They have to make use of an extremely dilapidated, rickety long drop outside their house for a toilet, and it is devastating to imagine, never mind live like this. We are looking to build her a new loo and get some food and clothes to the family that shares her 2 bed house.

As you are aware, the BFBR and the PWT assist the Pilanesberg National Park in reaching out to communities in conservation. Taking a message about conservation and in particular Rhino preservation to these communities. Our next visit will be next Wednesday when we take little Moses to a chiropractor to advise on his disability. I will keep you posted.
Thanks Sue and your team for assisting…your contribution means very much.
