A HUGE and very grateful thank you to the Makanyane Volunteers for setting up at PC on Saturday and for raising R9400.00. It is often very demoralizing to be in the space where you are asking people to please support your cause, in this case the Pilanesberg. The Pilanesberg Wildlife Trust raises funds for the Park. It does so to assist the Park where budgets have failed or are unavailable. Many people are very, very supportive and very generous. Others completely ignore you, which makes it hard to smile at the next visitor in case you get turned down again. Nonetheless these volunteers pressed forward and onward! I’m sure a couple of shots helped on the day! So, thank you very much to you all, and to all that supported the PWT at PC and the gates to the Park!
