Welcome Heily!

 

 

As you are probably aware our K9 Dexter, passed away suddenly a couple of months ago. Sad as this was for handler Kobus, the decision was made to replace Dex, and the search began. Copenhagen Zoo kindly sponsored the purchase and training of Heily.
Kobus spent a number of weeks with Heily in training before they both returned to the Park. Heily is a beautiful young lady and is getting accustomed to her new surroundings. We are so pleased to have her here, and would like to thank Copenhagen Zoo for making this possible. CZ will also sponsor the refresher course for Russell and handler his Hendrik.
