Annual Pilanesberg Tour de Wilderness 2022 done and literally dusted! What an amazing weekend shared with the most beautiful people, cyclists with the same mission and vision in mind – help protect our rhinos while cycling in one of Africa’s most splendorous parks. Thank you for being here!
Day 1 saw the group riding 50 km of gruelling, hot, and dusty kms that we love to challenge ourselves with. What an experience. We had some great sightings along the entire route. We also had the helicopter flying above to check the route and make sure it was safe for the cyclists. Day 2 we encountered slightly cooler weather and wetter terrain along the 25 km route. Thank you all for such a special weekend. To all the volunteers, you guys are the best. You guys are the ones that make this possible. All the funds raised by this event go to supporting rhino conservation in Pilanesberg National Park.
