Please, again we beg you, do NOT buy or accept animals/creatures from the roadside hawkers on route to the Pilanesberg, Sun City, or anywhere else!
If you pay these criminals for this illegal purchase you create a market. And it makes you guilty of a criminal offense as well. You may feel sorry for the animal, but the more they sell to you the more they take out the veld! It is illegal to be in possession of indigenous wildlife. This includes chameleons and tortoises. Also pangolin and any SA snakes!
