Summer is on us and the rains have been awesome after the wildfires that ran rampant in winter. But what else does the rain bring besides the relief for the animals and the veld? It brings insects, which attract frogs, roads, and birds. Frogs and toads attract snakes. The rain also brings out chameleons, tortoises, centipedes and our lovely dung beetles. That means we need to take care when driving the Park roads. Look out for all these creatures who share the park with us. This is their space too, and we ask that everyone please respects them. Slowing down gives you the opportunity to see something you may have missed while speeding. Thank you for your consideration!
