Mankwe hide pretty much done! As soon as the engineer signs it off we will officially open the hide.
Macsteel is in this week, all going well, to do the toilet roof. Thanks for your patience and your support. The donations from each and every one of you is what made it possible. No matter how big or small. Steve suggested some extensions on the walkway to allow people to pause and get a different view without being in the way. This has made quite a difference to the walkway. The walkway is paved and not wood like before. Hopefully it will last better then the wood did. The bridge area of the walkway is done with polywood (recycled plastic) to reduce walking sound close the hide.
I will be closing donations to the hide by the end of this week as all the plaques need to be done alphabetically.
